  • Understanding and Solving the Income and Estate Tax Issues of IRAs and Qualified Plans.  Presented on December 7, 2006 to CPA's in Grand Junction, CO.
  • Basic Concepts of Liability, Judicious Use of LLC's and Corporations, Nevada Series LLC's, and the Close Wyoming LLC.  Presented with J. Stephen Gammill, LLC to CPA's and bankers on June 21, 2006, in Grand Junction, CO.
  • § 121 Home Sale Exclusion Update and Coordination with § 1031 Exchanges per Rev. Proc. 2005-14.  Presented to Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C. on June 8, 2005.

Approximately a dozen presentations to CPA's at Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C. during my employment there with topics ranging from Offers in Compromise, Fiduciary Concepts and the Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Gift Tax Preparation, Colorado Conservation Easement Tax Credits, and others.

I wrote quarterly articles on estate planning for the firm's monthly newsletter during my employment at Dalby, Wendland & Co.  I also established a quarterly meeting of attorneys to discuss cutting edge estate planning techniques, case law and legislative changes while at Dalby, Wendland & Co., P.C.
